Arrivals after 21:00 will be subject to a late check-in fee of 20 GBP and 30 GBP from 00:00
Upon check-in, guests are required to:
- all guest staying must provide a valid, government issued photo ID
- A security deposit of GBP 150 against breakages will be charged as guarantee on credit/debit card or cash.
- In case of groups of 6 or more guests, the security deposit will be GBP 50/person.
- 300GBP or higher for youngsters and last minute bookings.
- Visitors after 22:00 are not permitted. Guests may be evicted if this rule is not adhered to.
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old, otherwise they will not be allowed to check in.
Deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
NO PARTIES allowed within the rented property nor disturbing the peace. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged penalty and asked to leave without a refund.
Apartment is non smoking and pets are not allowed.

A modern apartment which was clean and
It's not necessarily best placed for visiting London (10mins drive from Islington) but we appreciated the ridiculously close vicinity to Jamie Oliver's Fifteen - literally 2mins walk.
Picking up keys and check in is at an alternative location which is not ideal but it does mean a professional service and the staff were efficient.
Cleaner was prompt (friendly) at check out and we were able to leave keys in the apartment.
Quite a large deposit, especially as there was 6 of us - so even higher - which wasn't initially clear. We had concerns about a credit card being taken (out of our sight) along with our ID but this was unfounded. No charges were made.
A nice large living space with two bathrooms (powerful and hot showers with modern design) which meant we had plenty of space - even with two adults on the sofabed.
Some may not like the fact that it's ground floor. Both bedrooms have big ground level windows that face directly on to the alleyway so anyone walking past feels like they're in the room with you! Fortunately it's not a busy route :) For this reason windows are locked shut and the heat can become stifling.
Overall a good stay, hence the 4stars.
Taxi Driving time was perfect. Beds were good. Cleaning was not working. No ventilation from the bathroom of the master bedroom. Tobacco smoke from the tavern in the basement was very strong in that part of the apartment. There was no washing machine, as mentioned in the ad. SKH from Denmark

Very nice clean and spacious apartment conveniently located slightly away from main attractions but within a shot walking distance. Perfect for a couple or a family with two children. Even has two toilets!

We stayed for two weekends in Prague and lived here. Studio is beautiful, clean, everything worked as promised. Location has also gestummen-very close to everything .. The only drawback is the kappute door to the lift, which was just around the corner .. Door scraped the ground and so are very unpleasant and relatively loud noises-emerged in the middle of the night or early morning, depending on when the other guests came home. Highly recommend the restaurant is in the house tomorrow and jog around the Old Town Square, which is very close .. We were certainly not the last time there .. :)
Wir waren zu Zweit am Wochenende in Prag und haben hier gewohnt. Studio ist schön, sauber, alles funktionierte, wie versprochen. Lokalität hat auch gestummen-sehr nahe zu allem..
Der einzige Nachteil ist die kappute Türe beim Lift, die gerade um die Ecke war.. Türe kratzten den Boden und so sind sehr unangenehme und relativ laute Geräusche entstanden- mitten in der Nacht, oder früh morgen, je nach dem wann die anderen Gäste nach hause kamen.
Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant im Haus und morgen joggen um Altstadt Platz, was sehr nahe liegt..

For our Lord tour with 7 people the best lodging. Certainly there was no 5-star property, but the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Accommodation very central. In a few minutes you are in the center of Prague.
Für unsere Herrentour mit 7 Personen die optimale Unterkunft. Sicherlich war es keine 5-Sterne-Unterkunft, aber die Schlafräume und Badezimmer waren sauber. Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum von Prag.
We are completely satisfied! Transportation to and from the station worked perfectly. The apartment was very nice. The equipment of the furniture was a bit older but perfectly usable. TV, WiFi, bathroom and kitchen top. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Door flew to and was key in the apartment. No problem. All super fast and friendly controlled with spare key. No additional costs. Gladly again!

Transport von und zum Bahnhof hat perfekt funktioniert. Das Apartment war sehr schön. Die Ausstattung der Möbel war zwar schon etwas älter aber durchaus brauchbar. TV, Wlan, Bad und Küche sind top.
Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Türe flog zu und Schlüssel war in der Wohnung. Kein Problem. Alles super schnell und freundlich mit Ersatzschlüssel geregelt. Keine Zusatzkosten.

We - a family of four - had a nice stay in this apartment. All you need is here, even a good wifi. Also the Tesco grocery store right next to the apartment was very useful. I can recommend this to anyone.
No luxury but filled its function. Very thin window however. It was woken at night by people talking on the street and then lay flats still on second and third floor ... Pickup at the airport messed up but it all dissolved smoothly after a phone call.
Ingen lyx men fyllde sin funktion. Mycket tunna fönster dock. Man blev väckt om nätterna av personer som pratade på gatan och då låg lgh ändå på andra och tredje våningen... Upphämtningen på flygplatsen strulade men det hela löstes smidigt efter ett telefonsamtal.
