This particular apartment is on the 4th floor served with lift. At the entrance it has a spacious living area leading to the dining/kitchen area where it leads to a glass door opening, leading to a sizable terrace with sea views of Sliema. The terrace comes complete with a Jacuzzi and with outdoor seating area for 4 people. This space is ideal to spend a relaxed day in the sun or else for a fresco candle light dinner. The kitchen is also fully equipped and is ideal for preparing own meals and easy cooking. This apartment has further 2 bedrooms: The master bedroom with one double bed and en-suite and another bedroom with two single beds. Also, the apartment has another family bathroom. Both bathrooms differ from each other as one has a bath tub and the other a shower closure. Both bedrooms come with wall hung air conditioning. WiFi and cable TV come on complementary basis. This apartment fits the bill for all those who are after a car free holiday, sightseeing, combined with swimming and good food!
When night falls Sliema’s bars and restaurants are relaxed and mellow in mood with a cosmopolitan feel. The aim for these holiday retreats is to utterly have a relaxed and calm environment with none of the clutter and fuss of a main home, thus a feel of a smart and comfortable retreat. Each apartment differs from the other but yet all of them reflect the sunny side of our Maltese Island as all of them are airy and very bright. Each apartment provides a sense of cleanliness, tranquility and comfort. The block is set on 5 floors having 2 apartments on each floor the top most ones having sea views of Sliema Ferry and Manuel Island.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on arrival via credit card.
Please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:
- for 2 bedroom apartment- 150KWh
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.
Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote.

die Ferienwohnung ist toll gelegen mit direktem Blick auf den Hafen, sie ist in einem Top zustand, modern Eingerichtet und sehr sauber an uns übergeben worden. Auch der Balkon ist sehr schön und gemütlich, allerdings hört man schon auch lärm von der Strasse und das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Vor der Ferienwohnung ist eine centrale Bushaltestelle, Einkazfsmöglichkeiten... also alles was das Herz benötigt für eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Disfruté tres semanas en el centro de Sliema; perfecta ubicación y bellas vistas desde el apartamento. Atención exquisita por parte de la persona de contacto, Ans Ankone.
Ottima agenzia, gentilissime le persone con cui abbiamo comunicato sia per mail che di persona. Non abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento in oggetto perché all'ultimo momento non era più disponibile ma ci è stato cambiato, allo stesso prezzo, con un altro molto più grande in una splendida posizione fronte mare. Appartamento esattamente conforme alle fotografie e alla descrizione, pulitissimo, ben arredato, dotato di tutto il necessario compresi shampoo e bagnoschiuma, cucina attrezzata di tutto.
La llegada fue algo brusca por parte de nuestro anfitrion steven. Por lo demas , el apartamento era muy agradable y nos dejaron un ventilador para no depender siempre del aire acondicionado.
El apartamento está muy bien, muy bien equipado y limpio. La ubicación es muy buena, porque estás cerca de la zona de restaurantes, bares, del puerto, etc..., pero a la vez es tranquila para poder dormir, lo único no tan bueno, que nosotros fuimos con coche y es un poco complicado aparcar por los alrededores, pero a parte de eso todo genial.
Un día no funcionó el wifi y rápidamente fue solucionado, fueron muy atentos. Por mi parte apartamento totalmente recomendable.
Great apartment with a really nice view. Plenty of room and the apartment included everything we needed. St Julians Bay is surrounded by nice restaurants and less than ten minutes walks to supermarkets and beaches. A very kind women from our own country welcomed us en explained everything. We could contact them anytime if we needed help, but fortunately that wasn't necessary. Thanks for the great stay, we had a very nice time!

What a memorable experience. The apartment was extremely clean and more than adequate for our 15 nights stay. Our host met us at the door- step although we were a little late arriving. We were shown around the apartment and given all the necessary information required. The apartment was well placed for Sliema and near to all the supermarkets etc. We would recommend to all. Many thanks to you all for your help in ensuring we had a perfect holiday.
