The accommodation consists of two floors (160 m2). Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of them counts with two single beds, and the others are equipped with a double bed. None of the bedrooms have air conditioning but we are pleased to supply fans upon request – please ask before. There are two bathrooms, one of them with shower cabin and the other one with bath tub.
The house has a rural and rustic atmosphere. Sit down and relax; the living area offers you a comfortable sofa to read a good book, watch television (Satellite TV) or just take a nap. Of course the living area also counts with a chimney for chilly nights. The dining area shares space with the living room. There is a table with seats for up to six people. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. There are enough parking spaces for up to 3 cars in front of the house, but they are not covered. Pets are welcome!
For your garden parties there is a BBQ and a table with seats on the terrace. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or just relax while your children are playing in the garden. The lawn has a size of about 50m2. The private pool has a size of 9 meters x 4 meters. Sure you will enjoy sunbathing by the pool on one of the sunloungers - the perfect place for all the sun lovers, who are searching for a quiet and private place to enjoy the Majorcan sun. From the terrace you will enjoy nice views over the countryside up to the mountains.
The plot has 1500 m2 and has been used for decades for agricultural purposes. The former owners were farmers and still you can see some remainders of this activity. Close to the house you will find sheeps, rabbits, hens, etc and a wide variety of trees, mostly almond trees.
About 2.5 kilometers far from the house, you will find the city of Inca. There you will find gas stations, a hospital, pharmacies, lots of restaurants and shops, supermarkets, etc.
When you leave Inca heading to Lluc you will pass by Selva and afterwards go into a valley, there lays the village of Caimari. There you will find some bars with a good atmosphere, especially during the night from the 16th to the 17th of august (during these dates take place the annual celebrations of the village). The town is famous for its good olive oil, which is elaborated there. At the olive mill “La Tafona” you can see all the process of making olive oil; furthermore they have a good restaurant.
The next beaches are situated in Puerto de Pollença and Puerto de Alcúdia. You will reach them in less than half an hour. In the west of the island you will find the magnificent mountain range of the Serra de Tramuntana with lots of nice spots. Very famous is the small bay “La Calobra”.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Clean, quiet despite 20m distance to the beach promenade and in June even without climate no problem.

Very nice, well-kept house / garden. Ideal for families with children as the property is completely closed. There is a very large stone slabs space - ideal for playing. The house is situated in a cul de sac. Parking is moderately present. The neighbors friendly and quiet. The place is relaxed, very clean !!! and there are many Spanish citizens. A couple of very good restaurants, a grocery store with fresh fish / meat counter, hardware store, tobacco shop are available in town.
Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus/Garten. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da das Grundstück komplett geschlossen ist. Es gibt einen sehr grossen Steinplatten Platz - ideal zum Spielen. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse. Parkplätze sind massig vorhanden. Die Nachbarn freundlich und ruhig. Der Ort ist entspannt, sehr sauber!!! und es gibt viele spanische Einwohner. Ein paar sehr gute Restaurants, ein Supermarkt mit Frisch-Fisch/Fleisch-Theke, Haushaltswarenladen, Tabakgeschäft sind im Ort vorhanden.
Very nice accommodation and property if you're looking pure relaxation. We loved it because it was exactly what we were looking for. But if you want every evening enjoy the nightlife, it is too far from it.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft und Anwesen wenn man die pure Entspannung sucht . Uns hat es super gefallen , weil es genau das war was Wir gesucht haben . Möchte man allerdings jeden Abend sich ins Nachtleben stürzen , liegt es zu weit ab davon .
The apartment is well equipped, we did not miss anything! The location is perfect for excursions and all the beautiful beaches ringsrum.
We also have wonderful days spent in beautiful apartment with sea bathing and barbecues outside the house. It's wonderfully quiet there and wonderful atmosphere. The perfect holiday, we felt at home and would thoroughly recommend it.
Das Apartment ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Lage ist perfekt auch für Ausflüge und zu all den wunderschönen Stränden ringsrum.
Wir haben auch herrliche Tage im hübschen Apartment verbracht mit Baden im Meer und Grillen vorm Haus. Es ist herrlich ruhig dort und wunderbare Atmosphäre. Der perfekte Urlaub, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
Thanks for the almost perfect Majorca stay (unfortunately 1day little sun, but otherwise 100% super :-)). The team of Silvia & Sabrina were very friendly and helpful. The Finca really great, everything clean and tidy and very nice, the owner is very accommodating and friendly. Think this property will once again be our home.
Only the last address specified by Wimdu itself was wrong, but a quick call to the team of Silvia and Sabrina and whoosh everything was ok.

vielen Dank für den nahezu perfekten Mallorcaaufenthalt (leider 1Tag nur wenig Sonne, doch sonst 100% super :-) ). Das Team von Silvia & Sabrina waren sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Die Finca echt super, alles sauber und ordentlich und sehr schön, der Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Denke diese Finca wird wieder einmal unser Domizil werden.
Einzig die letzte Adressangabe von Wimdu selbst war falsch, doch ein kurzer Anruf beim Team von Silvia und Sabrina und schwups war alles wieder ok.
We stayed at the Can Pastilla for one week in May this year. The apartment is very well located near to the airport and very good proximity eg. to the capital Palma. Views from apartments balcony are stunning and we really enjoyed sitting there in the eavnings. We would of appreciated beach towels, information about busses and where to empty trashes. There was no wifi, I think it should be a standrd these days. Overall very pleasant stay.
