The exteriors of the house are fantastic. You can enjoy the chlorine, 8x4m swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 2.40m. The private garden has a surface of 400m2. There, you will find 1 outdoor shower, as well as 8 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas. The furnished 20m2 porch is the perfect place to share unforgettable after-eating talks with family and friends. It also has 1 furnished 30m2 terrace where you can relax in the comfortable rocker. One side of the porch features 1 fixed barbecue, where you can dazzle your guests with delicious dishes cooked outdoors. The privacy of the property is partial and there are 2 outside parking spaces and another one inside a garage.
In this property the air-conditioned living room and furnished dining room are in the same area. The living room is the perfect place to disconnect watching satellite television, listening to a CD or watching a DVD movie. In the dining room you can enjoy never-ending dinner parties with your loved ones. The property’s modern kitchen is great because it has everything you need to prepare any dish you intend to, including electric stove; in this area you will find a large island and direct access to the garden. There is 1 washing machine, 1 dryer and 1 ironing board. In this property there are 4 bedrooms available to you, 2 located on the ground floor (1 with 1 double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 on the first floor (1 with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds). All 4 bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. The residential complex lies just 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, where you can find everything you might need during your vacation. The town of Pollença is also nearby (10.6 Km) and is a lovely town worth visiting where you will enjoy its cobbled streets and all the shops there. You can also climb to the Calvari, an old church that is in the upper town, where you can enjoy spectacular views. Just a 20 minute drive away, you will also get to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Picafort. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort has a lot of life and contrasts with the tranquility of Platges de Muro. On the beaches of Can Picafort you can practice a great variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis. We also recommend you to visit the area of Alcudia and Pollensa, where you will find beautiful coves with crystalline waters.
NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
The consumption of air conditioning is charged separately (the owner has an individual meter).

Nice local neighbours, tremendous view and comfortable terrace, tasteful modern furniture. Sea and snorkel area just a view steps ahead. We can absolutely recommend it.
A very nice, big house in the old town. With arches from 1771! We enjoyed it very much.
We enjoyed our holiday in the accommodation very, The house was clean and well furnished. The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable, but we recovered good anyway (;-)).
The distance to the beach is about 1 km, we had a car, so it was no problem.
The area is very quiet, sleeping in was not an issue.
We would love to go back. Is recommended.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Unterkunft sehr genossen, Das Haus war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten waren leider etwas hart und unbequem, aber wir haben uns trotzdem (;-) ) gut erholt.
Der Abstand zum Strand ist ca 1 Km, wir hatten ein Auto, daher war es kein Problem.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, Ausschlafen war kein Problem.
Wir würden gerne wieder hinfahren. Ist empfehlenswert.
Wimdu kann ich nur empfehlen, wir hatten kleine Probleme mit dem Haus am Anfang, die Kollegen haben sich vorbildlich um die Lösung bemüht, danke dafür!
The house is great. You have enough room, beautiful pool and everything is clean. Two minor issues: 1. The owner can only speak Spanish, so that can be difficult. 2. The bed in one of the rooms was clearly at the end of his life.
The service from 'Charming Islands' was perfect. They are 24hours available and the service is good and swift.
We had a great vacation.
We were in August 2 weeks Add Son Veny and we felt very well filled. We can only agree with the content of the initial evaluation of Holger. The fact that the rooms are open at the top, is a very important information, but we did not really bother us at the end. The house is inside and outside in excellent condition and very individually decorated inside but tastefully. In particular, the spacious layout ensures that even with several people always find a spot somewhere. The homeowner is super nice and helpful. Only outside the few shady spots we found not so great. In particular, the pool a canopy or more umbrellas would have been very helpful.
Wir waren im August 2 Wochen in Son Veny und haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Wir können uns der ersten Bewertung von Holger inhaltlich nur anschließen. Dass die Räume nach oben offen sind, ist eine sehr wichtige Info, hat uns aber am Ende nicht wirklich gestört. Das Haus ist innen wie aussen in bestem Zustand und innen sehr individuell aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die großzügige Raumaufteilung sorgt dafür, dass man auch mit mehreren Leuten immer irgendwo ein Plätzchen findet. Der Hausbesitzer ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig die wenigen Schattenplätze draussen fanden wir nicht so toll. Insbesondere am Pool wäre eine Überdachung oder mehrere Schirme sehr hilfreich gewesen.
Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment and location were brilliant , close to the beach and near to amenities. The owners were lovely. And the chalet/villa was lovely. Would highly recommend it!

It was all very nice and warm prepared for our arrival, everything was clean and well maintained. We were there 10 days after five days were the owners
the Finca there.
You got us fresh hand towels and bed linen used, and our beds freshly made. The owner of the finca were very nice, the cottage is perfect for families.
The children can move freely in the grounds.
The location of the finca was very central but still very quiet and just a few minutes walk you are at the beach. The bus connection is OK you can be of Alcudia in 45 minutes by bus to Palma de Mallorca.
The neighborhood was very nice and helpful.
All in one it was a perfect holiday for us and we will definitely come again on the Finca back.

Es war alles sehr schön und Herzlich vorbereitet für unsere Ankunft, es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren 10 Tage da nach fünf Tagen waren die Besitzer
der Finca da.
Sie hab uns frische Hand und Bett Tücher gebraucht, und unsere Betten frisch bezogen. Die Besitzer der Finca waren sehr Nett, die Finca ist perfekt für Familien.
Die Kinder können sich auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen.
Die Lage der Finca war sehr zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig und in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand. Die Bus Verbindung ist ok man kann von alcudia in 45 minuten busfahrt in Palma de Mallorca sein.
Die Nachbarschaft war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Alles in einen war das für uns ein Perfekter Urlaub und wir werden auf jedenfall nochmal auf die Finca zurück kommen.
