THE BUILDING AND THE DISTRICT
The building is typically Parisian and secure. The neighborhood is quiet , central and you will find everything you need nearby: restaurants, cafes, market, bakery , pharmacy ... And most importantly, ideally located close to Saint- Germain -des- Pres, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Pantheon, Ile de la Cité, the Latin paradise , garden plants , docks of the Seine .
1st floor without elevator, this apartment is tastefully furnished and very well organized , it includes a living room with sofa bed (for two people ), a bedroom with double bed , fully equipped kitchen ( microwave , fridge-freezer , ceramic hob , dishwasher, coffee maker , oven, kettle , teapot , toaster, ... ), a bathroom with shower washbasin, WC and hairdryer .
The apartment has a TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. Ironing board and iron are available.

The apartment is excellent, the metro station is right in front of the building and several bus lines are nearby, ideal for getting around Paris.
You are 5 minutes' walk from Saint Germain des Prés and the Pantheon, and 10 minutes from Notre Dame Cathedral.
You are also directly connected to all stations in Paris: Gare de l'Est , Gare du Nord , Gare de Lyon and Gare Montparnasse. You can take the train directly to London, Brussels, and Amsterdam.
DE / AT THE AIRPORT
Station Châtelet, you can take the train from Charles de Gaulle and Orly .
You access to the apartment from Charles de Gaulle or Orly airport by public transport (RER + Métro)
CHARGE LATE ARRIVALS
For late arrivals, there is an extra charge of EUR 20 between 20h and 22h and 22h after EUR 40.
A deposit of € 200 is required to cover any damage or repairs in the apartment because of the tenants. It can be adjusted upon arrival by credit card with our mobile payment terminal (the sum in question is not charged but "pre- authorized" like renting a car for example).

Un apartamento perfecto para dos o tres personas, delante de una parada de metro con facil acceso al centro. Cocina bien equipada. Amfitrión muy amable.
Las cortinas no funcionaban bien, y tal vez faltaba un poco de limpieza pero en general le pondría muy buena nota.
Our stay in this appartment was perfect! Clean, cute, perfectly situated, close to École Militaire metro stop, bars&restaurants, and grocery stores. Jérémy was kind and helpful, he even let us leave our luggage until late during the last day. The only problem we found is the bathroom no-door situation. Having a curtain replacing a door, especially in a bathroom, is really awkward. But the rest was all ok! I totally recommend it.
Lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. Very quiet side street which was good, and it wasn't too hot despite the fact that Paris was sweltering. High enough up to be able to leave the windows open overnight. Some of the instructions - e.g. How to get rid of the rubbish - were out of date and there was a bit of confusion about picking the key up but it worked out in the end and otherwise was an absolutely super place for anyone spending time in the Latin Quarter. I'd stay there again.

Beautiful apartment in a great central location! It has everything you need and is the perfect size. The bed is very comfortable and I love the apartment's quirky and clean decor. My only critique is that the shower drain was quite blocked and so the water would fill up quickly at the bottom, and the water would sometimes change temperature... But this was not a big deal to us. :) <3

A good apartment, in a very good location. The apartment is quite small but was perfect for what we wanted. The interior is a good standard with a fridge, microwave and hob and a modern bathroom. It also has an iron and hairdryer which isn't mentioned on the site.
The area has plenty of good bars and restaurants and the ones we visited were very good quality and reasonably priced especially compared to the more touristy areas.
The main Metro / RER station Chaletlet - Les Halles is less than a five minute walk away and the Metro stops on the Rue de Rivoli are also close by.
Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend a stay.
A very good location with the metro station right on the corner. Very practical when being in Paris.
Appartment was very nice and cosy and the view just as nice (fourth level/ no lift though).
Too bad you can't park in front of the building. You can only station for a little while (to leave luggage for example). Therefore, check your preference for parking (if you are with the car) beforehand.

Apart from aggravation upon arrival when I was kept waiting 45 minutes in spite of having clearly made an appointment with the host, all was fine.
