Thank you note that the flat is "ready to live". The apartment has an area of 35m ² including a main room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom opening onto the living room, separate shower and toilet. Cooking utensils are provided in the apartment. There is a large bed 140 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200 cm. The furniture and equipment are brand new. The apartment was refurbished in March 2010. A cot can be provided upon request (10 euros per day). A Service Pack (including linen, cleaning and some household items) of € 30 is to be added to this apartment.
This brand new apartment is bright and calm in the heart of Paris. It is located in the Bastille area and less than 7 minutes walk from the Marais district. Privileged neighborhoods to discover life in Paris. There are many good restaurants, pubs and discos for night and all night. Various clothing stores in fashion, decoration, art galleries, ... less than 10 minutes walk there is the Place des Vosges with its art galleries, the Square Louis XIII. Just outside the building is the Theatre de la Bastille. Also all the necessary amenities: bakery, supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants ... Access to the main tourist attractions is very fast and very simple. The metro stations closest are "Bastille" and "Voltaire" (less than 2 minutes). - Within 15 minutes you are in front of the Louvre or Notre Dame Cathedral - In less than 20 minutes to the Champs Elysees - In less than 30 minutes to the Eiffel Tower or the Sacred Heart of Montmartre. Access from any station and airports is very simple.

Although the apartment is in a convenient location is Paris is situated, we do a lot of downsides, which is our pleasure somewhat vergalde: - On arrival turned the dishwasher still be full of the dishes from the previous user - The television did not work and on closer research showed the plug to be broken, so this is not so surprising was - The tap of the sink is loose - Dirty, dirty edges around the sink and mold - Behind the faucet in the bathroom, when connecting the shower to wall tiles and over the entire ceiling mold (due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom) - The sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable and urgently needs replacing. - Loose sockets - No oven - especially a lot of dust (in months ...)
Alhoewel het appartement op een prima plek is Parijs is gesitueerd hebben wij toch een hoop minpunten, wat ons plezier enigszins vergalde :
- Bij aankomst bleek de vaatwasser nog vol te zitten met de vaat van de vorige gebruikers
- De televisie deed het niet en bij nader onderzoek bleek de stekker kapot te zijn, waardoor dit niet zo verwonderlijk was
- De kraan van het aanrecht zit los
- Vieze, ranzige randen rondom de spoelbak en schimmelvorming
- Achter de kraan in de badkamer, bij de aansluiting van de douchebak op te wandtegels en over het gehele plafond schimmelvorming (ivm met het ontbreken van ventilatie in de badkamer)
- De bedbank was ZEER oncomfortabel en is dringend aan vervanging toe.
- Losse wandcontactdozen
- Geen oven
- Vooral veel stof (van maanden…)
After 3 wonderful days in Paris, the last gorno we have been completely ruined by poor organization of the service offered by Sébastien, Delphine, Amina & Antoine, with regard to the possibility of leaving my luggage took their office. Before leaving I had made arrangements with them, among other things scrvendo different e-mail, to confirm that we would keep our luggage in storage Saturday, October 20th, as our return flight was scheduled for the evening at 22.15.To my many requests I was told that there would be no problem, since the office was open on Saturday from 9.30 to 17.30. Yesterday morning so we submitted to the office at 9.30, we could not find any responsible agency in the office, but only two employees to pulzie of the apartments, who informed us that surely someone would arrive in ten minutes. After half an hour, however, was still not up yet. I then asked one of the two cleaners contattre if they could phone someone in charge and after having informed, however, that the office closed at 16.00 up to the baggage claim, I will pass on the phone a girl who woke up from our phone call, he does not understand a word in English and I hang up. Not knowing how to behave, we ask to send additional information to the cleaning attendant who tells us that no one will come up at 10.30, and invites us to leave our luggage unattended in the office and return to 16.00 per pick. Skeptical about the chances of finding someone in the office to pick up our bagagl in the afternoon, try to contact one of the two numbers that were sent by e-mail if you need to contact the agency. The result was that the first number answered by an Italian gentleman, who has 9nformato that had previously received phone calls for requests from people hosted by Wimdu, but he did not c'entraza absolutely nothing with the agency.The second number instead of the answering machine, who invites us to try again later. Really angry about the situation we went away, taking with us our luggage, under a torrential puoggia. What has prevented us can do more laps rad in churches in Paris (Notre Dame) where you can not possibly come with baggage. Luckily we found the staff to parking in an underground station and with a cash reward has been offered to us lascire beyond our luggage until 18.00 pm. It has, however, resulted in more than a cost which further also the loss of the entire morning we would willingly used in another way. So we were deeply disappointed by the conduct of the agency and urge then Wimdu for testing the fault and call the agency on scorretezza phone numbers that are given to customers in case of need. It 'still Wimdu clear that there will be more as customers in the future and we strongly advise other people to turn to this agency to look for accommodation to stay in paris. Dopo 3 meravigliosi giorni a Parigi, l'ultimo gorno ci è stato completamente rovinato dalla pessima organizzazione del servizio offerto da Sébastien, Delphine, Amina & Antoine, per quanto riguarda la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito preso il loro ufficio. Prima di partire avevo preso accordi con loro, scrvendo tra l'altro diverse e-mail, per avere conferma che ci avrebbero tenuto i bagagli in deposito sabato 20 ottobre, poichè il nostro volo di rientro era previsto per la sera alle 22.15.
Alle mie numerose richieste mi era stato risposto che non ci sarebbe stato nessun problema, in quanto l'ufficio era aperto anche il sabato dalle 9.30 alle 17.30. Ieri mattina quindi ci siamo presentati all'ufficio alle 9.30, ma non abbiamo trovato nessun responsabile dell'agenzia in ufficio, ma solo due addetti alle pulzie degli appartamenti, che ci hanno informato che sicuramente sarebbe arrivato qualcuno nell'arco di dieci minuti. Dopo mezz'ora però non si era ancora presentato nessuno. Ho chiesto allora a uno dei due addetti alle pulizie se potevano contattre telefonicamente qualcuno dei responsabili e dopo averci comunque informato che l'ufficio chiudeva al massimo alle 16.00 per il ritiro bagagli, mi passa al telefono una ragazza che svegliata dalla nostra telefonata, non capisce una parola in inglese e mi chiude la comunicazione. Non sapendo più come comportarci, chediamo ulteriori informazione all'addetto alle pulizie che ci dice che non verrà nessuno fino alle 10.30 e ci invita a lasciare i nostri bagagli incustoditi nell'ufficio e di tornare alle 16.00 per ritirarli. Scettici sulla possibilità di trovare qualcuno in ufficio per poter ritirare i nostri bagagl nel pomeriggio, proviamo a contattare uno dei due numeri che ci erano stati trasmessi via e-mail in caso di bisogno di contattare l'agenzia. Il risultato è stato che al primo numero ha risposto un signore italiano, che ci ha 9nformato che aveva già in precedenza ricevuto telefonate per richieste di persone ospitate da Wimdu, ma che lui non c'entraza assolutamente nulla con l'agenzia. Al secondo numero invece risponde la segreteria telefonica, che ci invita a riprovare più tardi. Veramente esasperati dalla situazione siamo andati via, portando con noi i bagagli, sotto una puoggia torrenziale. La cosa ci ha impedito di poter fare degl altri giri a Parigi in chiese( Notre Dame) dove non si può assolutamente entrare con i bagagli. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato il personale di un parcheggio sotto una stazione della metropolitana che con una ricompensa in denaro si è offerto di farci lascire là i nostri bagagli fino alle 18.00 del pomeriggio. La cosa ha però comportato oltre che un costo ulteriore anche la perdita dell'intera mattinata che avremmo volentieri utilizzato in altro modo. Siamo quindi rimasti profondamente delusi dal comportamento dell'agenzia e sollecitiamo quindi wimdu a controllare personalmente il disservizio e a richiamare l'agenzia sulla scorretezza dei numeri di telefono che vengono indicati ai clienti in caso di necessita. E' comunque evidente che wimdu non ci avrà più come clienti in futuro e sconsigliamo caldamente altre persone a rivolgersi a questa agenzia per cercare alloggi in cui soggiornare a parigi. MAI PIU' CI RIVOLGEREMO AL CENTRE PARIS!!!!!!!!
We spent 3 days in this nice flat. When you visit Paris, want to stay close to the city and only need to sleep and have breakfast in your flat this flat is perfect. Our only negative comment is that we were missing some ventilation in the bathroom which had mold on the ceiling, but we have mentioned this to the owner of the flat.
About what I'd hoped for, neither better nor worse. Well equipped kitchen was a plus. However, while a sofa bed is never going to be ideal, the mattress on this one is barely an inch thick. My travelling companion had a bit of a rough time trying to sleep on it.
The flat was in good condition, it was clean and we were provided with sheets, pillows, towels, cutlery, etc.
The bed was ok but the sofa bed was very noisy and uncomfortable, the toilet wasnt that great either but we survived, and the bathroom would have been fine if it wasnt for the mold on the ceiling.
The area is really good, with loads of bars and cafes, it seems like a young area with many transport links, Notre Dame and the Cemetery were only a few minutes walk, so it was convenient.
Overall it was good accomodation for the price that we paid.
Accommodation in a great location. A pleasant (even 4). Good value for money. But it would put a shower curtain and the problem of moisture on the ceiling of the bathroom. Overall, I am very pleased with my first experience Wimdu.
Logement super bien situé. Espace agréable (même pour 4). Bon rapport qualité prix.
Mais il faudrait remettre un rideau de douche et régler le problème d'humidité sur le plafond de la salle de bains.
Je suis globalement très satisfaite de ma première expérience Wimdu.
The property was nice, location of the property was very good. Lost of shop, bars and very comfortable to reach city center by walk or metro. 10 -15 min walk to Notre Dame Cathedral.
Due to fact that in August you can park your car in some streets for free we got parking next to the flat.
Bed was very comfortable, but sofa-bed was very uncomfortable.
I tried Wimdu.co.uk first time, but now I can say that not the last time. Thank you very much for nice place in Paris:)
The apartment was not clean. The bathroom is full of mold it was really dirty. The faucet in the kitchen was almost disattached kitchen sink .
