The apartment is located in a privileged location just 150 meters from the Central Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) in Munich. This is really a very central location, just 15 minutes walking distance to the Marienplatz, the central square in Munich. Due to the situation in a backyard building the apartment is also very quiet all the day long. There is no street noise disturbing the peace of the guests. All shops and facilities for daily needs, including many restaurants and three supermarkets are within walking distance. The public transport station Hauptbahnhof ("Central Train Station") which is an underground, bus and tram station is just a few meters away. There is plenty of restaurants and recreational opportunities such as the famous Munich Pinakotheken museums, theaters, the English Garden and many renowned galleries, in walking distance. It ensures the continued attractiveness of this area as a favorite in Munich.
We are very pleased to introduce our apartment DAlex Central Station in Munich. It is located in the Maxvorstadt district, a very central and traditional neighborhood in Munich, just 1 km from the Marienplatz, the central square in Munich and offers an ideal place to spend your holiday or business trip in Munich.
The apartment is on the first floor with lift (the lift brings you also to the garage in the building where you can eventually park your car). It has three double bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a big kitchen with dining area. It is furniture in a modern and functional style with a clear, soft and practical line.
Entering the apartment you will find the living room that have a comfortable large sofa (it can eventually be converted in the sleep place for up to two persons) as well as a 32” flat screen TV with local and international channels.
The kitchen is excellently equipped with oven, microwave, four hobs, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher as well as a complete set of dishes, glasses and cutlery. In the dining table there is place for up to 8 guests. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
All three bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedroom sets including a double bed and a cabinet for clothes with mirror. First class bed sheets as well as towels will be provided. The apartment has a full bathroom with shower and toilet. The toilet is in a separated room. There is a hairdryer at the guest’s disposition. An iron and an ironing board are also available.
In the garage in the same building there are two private parking slot at your disposal (for cars with a maximal height of 1.5 meters and a maximal length of 5 meters). The elevator takes you from there directly into the first floor where the apartment is located. The use of the garage is not included in the apartment’s rental price and costs 7 € extra per night.
There is WiFi Internet access in the apartment at no extra cost. The apartment has a central heating system.
Nonsmoking apartment: smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and in the hallway. Pets are allowed only on request. Celebrations (birthdays, bachelor parties, New Year's, etc.) are not permitted in this apartment. If that is your intention please refrain to book this apartment. From 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM no loud music and no loud talking in the apartment and in the hallway are allowed. In the house live families with small children, elderly persons and people that need to wake up early. Should the police be called due to peace disturbing behavior, we reserve the right that you have to leave my premises immediately without refund. We ask for appropriate consideration and understanding, and then you are welcome in our apartment.
Although you never have to share the apartment with other guests, you might not have access to the whole apartment. Depending on the number of guests in your booking you will have access to a certain number of bedrooms. Bookings for 1-2 guests will get 1 bedroom prepared. Bookings for 3-4 guests will get 2 bedrooms prepared. Bookings for 5-6 guests get all three bedrooms prepared. Bookings for 7-8 guests get all three bedrooms prepared and the sofa bed in the living room will be prepared as a bed. The guest can get more bedrooms are provided in the booking paying a surcharge.

Super schönes Appartement! Ausgelegt für maximal 8 Personen (2 Personen auf Schlafcouch). Etwas kleines Bad für 8 Personen, aber stört nicht weiter. Appartement ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und sehr zentral gelegen (nur 5-10 Minuten Fußweg vom Münchner HBF). Kann ich nur empfehlen - wir waren sehr zufrieden!
Super Wohnung mit einer Top Lage ca. 5 geh min. vom Bahnhof. Ist sehr ruhig und sauber.
Küche voll einsatzfähig aber brauchten wir nicht. Top Wohnung für 6 Personen die nicht viel Platz im Badezimmer brauchen.

Wir haben eine super Location in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand vorgefunden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und der Bahnhof und das Oktoberfest sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei. Wir können die Wohnung ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen und würden diese auch selbst jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in München. Super zentrale Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat gut funktioniert. Danke für die Extras, d.h. zwei Kinderbetten und Hochstühle.
I would recommand this appartment in Münich. Located near the U-Bahn at a quiet location. There is also a Bakery and Supermarket nearby. Wifi if fast and works great and also the rooms are clean and tidy. The pickup of the key is a little bit adventures, but Alex described it very well by mail. So we had no problems with that. Alex also responded quickly on questions by mail. We stayed with 5 persons, but there is room for 6.
We enjoyed Münich and I hope to return again some day :)
We had a very enjoyable stay at Alex's apartment. We were a party of 6 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The apartment faces a quiet courtyard. It was clean and well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. It was easy to communicate with Alex. We had a great stay and everything went so well for us during our visit to Munich!
Excellent, clean and well-furnished apartment in great location.
100m from Prinzregentenplatz U-bahn station and only about 20-25 mins walk from centre.
Admin was excellent - Alex emailed detailed instructions on how to get there and how to get in (including the clever way to get the key!).
Also lots of useful leaflets and maps for Munich, including details of local shops and restaurants - not one but three Tegelmann supermarkets within a short walking distance, and a very good Indian restaurant (Swagat) very close by (all Brits and curry lovers take note!)
Overall, an excellent experience on both stays (for two days on our arrival in Munich, then two days at the end). Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially families of 4. Hope to go again some time!
Perfect size apartment for our family of 6. Clean and good facilities. Great location - close to transport, shops and restaurants.
Very good communication and easy check-in. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood near a lightly traveled metro. Only problem was the broken toaster which popped the fuse. Alex responded right away and helped us get the electricity going again. No toast during our stay, but that was no disappointment as everything else was wonderful!
