The apartment has one beautiful bedroom with double bed with wardrobe and heating and hot and cold air conditioning units. Tastefully decorated bright and sunny with a terrace and views to the town, mountains and neighbourhood. The kitchen is fully equipped, opening onto the living/dining room. The Loft Penthouse is spacious and with a lot of light, a total of 60 sq metres, tastefully furnished and with attention to detail.
The apartment is situated in the famous pedestrian street next to the square of Plaza Cort (Town Hall of Palma), 50 metres from Plaza Mayor, ideal for people who want to experience the old city of Palma. Close by is the shopping centre of Palma, El Corte Ingles, Supermarkets, and Boutiques.
The famous market El Oliver is 7 minutes away. All the historical sights palaces, museums and art galleries are within walking distance, not forgetting the impressive Cathedral. Surrounding the Loft apartment are many famous squares with coffee shops, tapas and wine bars and restaurants.
The central bus and train stations are also very close, with a fast bus connecting the airport with Plaza España. Near to the apartment is a bicycle rental, Palma is fully equipped for cyclists. Palma's beaches are 10-15 minutes' walk away, and discovering nearby beaches by local transport is easy.
Throughout the year Palma hosts many fiestas and celebrations, from art nights in the streets, to medieval fairs, firework displays and outside live music. The city hosts international sailing events, and connects the other Balearics Islands by ferry.
Not forgetting the famous Tuesday nights busy "Ruta Martiana" which happens in the area of the apartment where all the tapas bars are open offering tapas and beer or wine for 1.50€ each.
The famous antique train to Soller also leaves from Palma, travelling through the beautiful countryside, to the village of Soller.
Nearby beaches: 15 minutes from the apartment is, Can Pere Antoni against Gesa building, to 500mtrs Portixol Beach with its restaurants first line, bordering the bay.
Bars and restaurants every Tuesdays "ROUTE Matiana" from 1'50 € tapas with a glass of wine or beer included. Recommendations: Molta Barra, S'ambigu, Ca La Seu, Quina Creu, Bar España and more, let loose and enjoy the taste. Olivar Market ideal for getting lost in the smells and flavours, with fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, etc. a place to recuperate with great tapas of fish or oysters with cava or Japanese sushi.
Plaza Mayor: The place to visit, to see people and curiosities walk towards San Miguel Street, Colon, and Ramblas full of flowers. Underground parking open 24 hours in Plaza Mayor.
Museum and Art Exhibitions. "Cappuccino" old Palace Café to enjoy the aroma of coffee or just read the news is located in San Miguel shopping street or square Plaza La Reina at the end of Es Borne.
Rental starts at 14:00 hours and finishes at 11:00 hours on the last day of the contract.

The flat was really nice. We appreciated the good beds and the air conditioning. There were 41 steps to the secend floor but it was OK for us. It would be nice if you can do a manual to the washing machine. It´s much easyer to use then.
Basically everything was fine and according to the description with the booked accomodation:
The apartment was clean and all necessary equipment available (TV, free WLAN, Nespresso coffee machine, A/C in all rooms except one sleeping room (only vent), washing machine).
At arrival we were expected in front of apartment at agreed time (2PM).
Departure was at 11AM and we could deposit our luggage in the rental company’s office until our final departure to airport.
Only problem (cause only 4 points instead of 5 points): the apartment is in 3rd floor and the stairways are VERY small to bring up the luggage. It seems this is standard in city houses in Palma, but it should be mentioned in the description.
Great host. Quick to reply by mail and text. Supplied baby cot and chair without hassle. Just easy!

-Excellent location, easy to walk within minutes to restaurants, bars, shops, cafes. Perfect with little baby.
-Spacious lounge & dining area (we were 3 adults and a 5 month old baby).
-2 good size double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
-Elevator (but 3 steps to get up to it made it a little tricky with pushchair).
-Quiet - good for sleeping!
-Lucky it was available at short notice.
We didn't like:
-No electric kettle - just one for the hob - far too time consuming for tea & making baby bottles!
-No AC in the bedrooms, only in lounge. We had to have the lounge at lowest temperature for a few hours to help cools the bedrooms.
-Tiny microwave (our standard MAM baby bottles wouldn't fit).
-En suite bathroom did not have a shower curtain.
-Poor water pressure in showers.

Beautiful apartment directly in the city center (pedestrian zone), you can recommend. Everything is within walking distance.
Apartment was as described, clean and well furnished. 3rd floor without elevator is a challenge with large suitcases.
Get back paid deposit on departure immediately.

Schöne Wohnung direkt in der Innenstadt (Fußgängerzone), kann man empfehlen. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und gut eingerichtet. 3. Stock ohne Lift ist mit großen Koffern eine Herausforderung.
Gezahlte Kaution bei Abreise sofort zurückerhalten.
Die angezeigte Position auf der Karte ist nicht richtig. Die Wohnung liegt wie im Text beschrieben in der Carrer de Jaume II in der Fußgängerzone
The appartment was well suited for Our need - 3 bedrooms and 3 Bath rooms for 6 girlfriends. The double in one of the rooms was very narrow, but the other beds were all right. The apartment's location in the old part of Palma was very Nice. It was a quiet area With no traffic noice. The negative part was that there was no list. With Heavy suitcases this was a chellenge. But we managed and enjoyed Our stay.
We were surprised that we had to pay a deposit of Euro 250 in cash when the rent was paid upfront. That was a New experience. I have recently rented a house in Floride which I paid upfront, and no depositum was needed. The house I rented was not through Windu.
