The apartment has three double bedrooms for up to six people, 2 bathrooms (shower), kitchen, living-room with dining table and another living room with nice views.
The urbanization has big and beautiful gardens to chill.
The apartment is located in the east part of Málaga, in the fishermans neighbourhood of El Palo
The flat is at a very short distance from the sea where you could have a great day at the beach or walk on the seaside and enjoy one of the many restaurants you could find. The famous El Tintero restaurant is just in front of the apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, stove, washing machine and all the cuttlery neccesary
The apartment is located in a quiet urbanization with great communications with the rest of the town and province
*A security deposit of 150€ will be asked at your arrival
Bed linen and towels are included in the apartment.
If during your stay the guest need additional cleaning of the apartment it will have a cost of € 25 and must request it with 24 hours beforehand.
If you want an extra change of bed linen and towels, the same cost will be 15€ (2 set of towels+linens).
Arrivals after 21: 30 hours have a surcharge of € 20.
Arrivals after 00: 00 have an additional charge of 40€.

We had a warm welcome by Fede which was great. The appartement is very comfortabele, has great space, great beds and great shower. The locations is also really nice. The cosy, local beaches of El Palo with nice restaurants and a small supermarket around the corner. By car or taxi (not too expensive) Malaga is only 15 minutes away. The only 'comment' I would have is that some more glasses, plates, bowls and such would be beter. We really had a great time and would love to go back soon!!
We have a great stay in Malaga. The apartment has a very good location and has everything we needed. It's near to the beach with fantastic view. We were a group of friends and the apartment was big enough. It was very clean with two bathrooms which was perfect for us. Fede is the perfect host. At our arrival we were lost in Malaga as we arrived by car and the navigation didn't work. Fede helped us to find the apartment. He also gave us a lot of helpful information about Malaga in general and the district where the apartment is situated. He recommended us a really nice restaurant near the apartment and even explained us how we could go to Granada and Ronda.
I definitely recommend the apartment.

We spent a wonderful week in this apartment in Virginia Beach. It was near the beach, the park for our granddaughters, restaurants, especially seafood pezcados, and shops and the bus to the center of Malaga.
We found the apartment comfortable and well equipped with all the facilities expected. Our host gave us the information needed to enjoy our stay and had left some snacks, which was very helpful as we arrived late from the airport. It was also very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome.
I can recommend the apartment for any family that wants to spend a holiday with access to the sea, the beach and the city.
Pasamos una semana maravillosa en este apartamento en Playa Virginia. Era cerca la playa, el parque para nuestras nietas, restaurantes, especialmente de pezcados y mariscos, y tiendas y también el autobús hasta el centro de Málaga.
Encontramos el apartamento comodo y muy bien equipado con todas las facilidades que esperabamos. Nuestro anfitrión nos dio la información necesaria para disfrutar de nuestra estancia y había dejado unas snacks, lo que era muy útil como llegamos tarde desde el aeropuerto. Era también muy amable y nos dio un bienvenido muy acogedor.
Puedo recomendar el apartamento para cualquier familia que quiere pasar unas vacaciones con acceso al mar, la playa y la ciudad.

LA LIMPIEZA, MUY BÁSICA, CASI NULA, LAS TOALLAS UNA POR PERSONA Y SEMANA.
DESCONCHONES POR HUMEDAD DE LOS ASEOS.
NO ACEPTABLE POR EL COSTO/CALIDAD.
