City Centre Riverside Townhouse Overlooking River Clyde at Glasgow Green
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, master en-suite with power shower with a further guest double bedroom and a slightly smaller double bedroom with new double bed and storage, together with main family bathroom with electric shower.
The property comes with 60" HD Samsung plasma TV, Sky HD, Fibre Optic Wireless Internet. There is also a wireless networked printer if you need to print something off!
In addition to the excellent facilities, there is also a private front garden overlooking the Clyde (nice sunny mornings having a coffee and watching the rowers). Also fully enclosed and south facing back garden with dining area and built in BBQ. We also offer gas patio heater for sitting out when it's a bit chillier.
Dedicated residents parking bay included. Due to the outside space available and also the outlook onto the river and across to the park - it's hard to believe you are in the heart of the city and have easy access by foot to most venues and transport links. Stroll through the park and in 10-15 minutes, you are in the heart of the Merchant City with all the bars, shops etc at your convenience.
Out the front door, and 4 doors down and you are literally at St Andrew's suspension foot bridge across the river Clyde to Glasgow Green (Glasgow's oldest public park) and the Peoples Palace museum and Victorian Winter Gardens.
There are also fabulous bike routes along the park and adjacent river. You can use Glasgow's next bike hire scheme as there is a bike hire area 5 mins walk away in the park - really recommend taking a clycle along the river cycle path through the city, past the SECC and onto the award winning Transport Museum and Tall Ship!!!
You are also a 5 minute stroll to a leisure centre with pool, tennis and fitness suite. The nearest shop is literally a 2 minute stroll out of the development and across the road where you have access to the local supermarket / cash point / bakers and takeaway food if you can't be bothered to cook.
Literally everything Glasgow has to offer is on your doorstep but you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of no traffic and views overlooking the river and park. Bliss!

House is in a quiet residential area so strictly NO parties and no unregistered guests.
There's a security deposit of £200 to be paid upon arrival and refundable on departure if no damage is done to the accommodation.
