The penthouse is set on 180m² terrace included and makes optimal use of the space provided. The front part of the penthouse is an open plan living/kitchen and dining area, comprising of a fully equipped kitchen for convenient in-house cooking and dining. This area is decked with Gres tiles which complement the monochromatic colour scheme, which then flows into the parquet flooring adorning the rest of the penthouse. The property follows a minimalistic approach to décor, with an uncomplicated layout and modern furnishings. The living area makes way for the breath-taking terrace, which is the focal point of the penthouse. The terrace offers spectacular views over the sea towards Valletta, whose skyline provides a stunning backdrop especially during the night-time. The outdoor Jacuzzi is an added feature to add further comfort and a unique feel to your stay. Outdoor dining furniture also provides the option to have an alfresco meal with the grand view of the Capital as your setting.
The penthouse has three bedrooms positioned at the back of the property, thus providing privacy and peace and quiet, ideal for a good night’s sleep away from the promenade. The main bedroom consists of a double bed and en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bath and shower. The twin bedrooms both comprise of two single beds each, and there is a family bathroom in the adjacent corridor. Both bathrooms are compact in design but make optimal use of their space. There is also a washing machine in a practical small terrace just off the corridor, ideal for doing laundry while on holiday.
For those renting a car, this penthouse has an additional feature in the form of a private parking space in the garage a few doors down from the apartment block. This optional parking space can be rented for 10 euro per night, and provides a secure and easy parking access for anyone hiring a vehicle.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on arrival via credit card.
Please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:
- for 3 bedroom apartment- 200KWh
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.

Sehr gute Unterbringung in Sliema. Von der Lage her genial. Mit Bus oder Fähre schnell in Valetta oder anderen Orten auf Malta. Sehr sauber. Eine nette Überraschung das Willkommenspaket (Würzmittel, Spülmittel, Wein, Seife,....) Ausstattung mit Inventar war gut, Wifi vorhanden.
Gute aber zügige Einweisung durch Steve. Schade war nur, dass das ursprüngliche Appartement plötzlich (einen Tag vor Anreise) anderweitig belegt war. Der Ersatz war o.k. (s.o.) aber der Ausblick war nicht so toll. Versorgung in der Nähe gut, auch nette Cafes und Restaurants. Insgesamt aber sehr zufrieden
Piso muy agradable y bonito.
El piso es céntrico y espacioso, tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, con una excelente vista de la bahía, la recepción fue correcta por la señora Victoria Tabone, se trata de un segundo piso con ascensor, aunque no funcionaba de bajada, la pega fue que en el edificio colindante estaba en obras y a las 7:30 am ya no se podía dormir, cuando terminen la obras el piso será recomendable.
Le logement est spacieux...mais bruyant car donnant sur la rue très passante même la nuit !
Il manque des petits ustensiles de cuisine tels que: éponges, ciseaux, couteaux de cuisine, , cafetière, théière etc...
Une étagère dans la salle d'eau permettrait d'y déposer les produits d'hygiène personnelle, trousses de toilette.
Une notice explicative de réglage des canaux T.V. est absolument nécessaire !
A l'arrivée l'accueil est un peu rapide .

L'appartamento è bello ed è situato in un'ottima posizione. Praticamente tutti i trasporti per le escursioni partono dal lungomare di sliema, che dista 50 m dalla casa. L'agenzia è ottima, e sia Ralph (con cui ho parlato parecchio su Wimdu) che Ans (Signora che ci ha aspettato per farci entrare in casa e spiegarci le regole dell'appartamento) sono persone molto alla mano.
Abbiamo aspettato un po per ricevere la cauzione che avevamo dato all'arrivo, ma non è dipeso da loro, bensì dalla banca.
Davvero una bella vacanza.
Das Appartement ist gut gelegen in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle Xerri. Die Begrüßung durch den Host war ebenfalls vollkommen in Ordnung.
Leider kann man nur bedingt mit offenem Fenster schlafen, da die Nachbarschaft sehr laut ist (Sprachschule gegenüber, Müllabfuhr und Autoverkehr).

Deux serviettes par personne, deux lits simples côte à côte qui n'en fait qu'un seul (on ne sent pas la séparation des lits)!
Tout est proximité de l'appartement, environ 5 minutes à pied.
Séjour très agréable pour des vacances en couple au mois de septembre.
The apartment was as described. However, the agent welcoming us was rushed and small things felt like they were done "on the cheap ". Some light bulbs didn't work, there was only a couple of sachets of salt and pepper (despite being advertised as having a full kitchen), and so on. WiFi was broken for best part of a day. The agent should sort this stuff out prior to arrival.
The appartment was great!
I had a problem with the wardrobe, and it was fixed within 2 days.
The only point is it can take a while to park your car ;)
I recommended this appartment, but if you hire a car it's maybe not the right location because of the parking issues.
We had a wonderful holiday in Sliema, Malta. The apartment is well located, beaches, a shopping centre and a lot of bars and restaurants were only a few minutes away, The apartment has al the supplies you need.
