The house is located within very comfortable walking distance from Stratford station and only 5 min walk from Maryland rail station. You will be just minutes away from a wine bars, cafes, five star restaurants, high-end boutiques, clubs, bars, movie theaters, casino and much more. Easy access to highway roads leading to all major London airports.
The house is fully furnished. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, two rooms - one double and one single on the upper 1st floor, two twin/triple rooms on the 2nd floor. In total 7 single beds and three doubles. One air bed available upon request. The kitchen is underneath the ground floor. It is self-catering accommodation. No live-in hosts.
All rooms have lockable doors and Wi-Fi. Each room is able to sleep two or one in a double or single beds, up to 13 (+1/2) people at a time. The house is over four store high, very spacious, you will not feel it crowded especially if you are family or friends.

Ligging ideaal. 5 min lopen naar de bus of 10 min naar de metro.
Slaapkamers in orde. Woongedeelte aan de kleine kant.
Onderhoud kan beter. Wordt aan gemerkt.
Voor de rest hele leuke dagen gehad.
Un pò fuori ma comoda. Noi eravamo in 13 persone e l'abbiamo occupata tutta: comode le camere da letto, cucina un pò piccola per chi come noi prepara colazione e cena ma siamo riusciti ad organizzarci, anche con i bagni che sono solo due e molto piccoli. Nel complesso esperienza positiva, andrebbe curata un pò di più la pulizia della cucina e della relativa attrezzatura.

Also note that cleaning was not done in the kitchen (fridge and oven very dirty) and the dishes lacking (not enough cutlery and plates, one stove in very poor condition and a small pan) In summary it was impossible to eat there 13 people.

- par contre le coin cuisine à revoir: salle à manger n'est pas prévu pour 13 personnes: seulement 6 chaises et 1 table pour 6 personnes.
A noter aussi que le ménage n'avait pas été fait dans la cuisine (frigo et four très sales) et que la vaisselle manquait (pas assez de couverts et d'assiettes, une seule poêle en très mauvais état et une toute petite casserole) en résumé il était impossible d'y manger à 13 personnes.
Nous étions un groupe de 14 personnes (3 familles, parents et enfants) et ce logement était idéal ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits corrects et le quartier est calme. L'ensemble est propre. La cuisine est petite mais le salon attenant permet de déjeuner ensemble. Pour les enfants, les étages ont permis de faire de bonnes parties de cache-cache :)... La station Maryland est à environ 500 m, on peut y prendre le train pour Liverpool Street. Il est donc très facile de se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et pour conclure, nous recommandons sans problème ce logement!

Eine ruhig gelegene Privatunterkunft mit Etagenbad. Große Küche.und alles war vorhanden. Aufenthaltsraum mit Fernseher. Ich fühlte mich wie zu Hause. Zimmer wurde schön warm. Bus und Bahnanschluss. Großes Einkaufszentrum in Stratfort.
Rosi helped me immensely when I reached London with 30kgs+ luggage and hardly could move from the tube station. She kindly picked me up from the place by car and brought me to the apartment.
I especially enjoyed the location of the apartment (near Plaistow Tube Station, District Line, zone 3) and the low rent. It is also close to Upton Town, where you can buy various necessities in cheap price.
Where to start first the plus side , great location for Olympic park , Westfield shopping centre and the underground station and the price is good.
On the negative side when I arrived I had no towel and when one did arrive it was stained ( not nice ) then there is the stale musky smell in the room .
The kitchen was dirty everything near the cooker was covered in splashes of grease , so toaster and kettle very greasy .
Then there’s the smell again in the kitchen this time smoky from the small extension / conservatory which has become the smoking room it’s also very dirty and the plants are growing into it .
Carpet up the stairs was very stained and dirty always need shoes on to leave the room because of this and most residents have flip flops to walk around the house in .
Kitchen has a Rentokil style poison box next to the cooker and next to that is a very dirty extension lead covered in grime .
Kitchen table covered in jam/gravy and other food stuff , wiped it down the first morning and next day back to dirty again .
Garden very overgrown if you did what to sit out there you cant .
General decoration of the house poor with wall paper coming away in places .
Finally the toilet stained and again I cleaned it out with the brush only to find it stained again the next day ( there really is no excuse for this )
Two bathrooms with nice bath in both but no plug , and so can’t have a bath only a shower witch when it’s hot it’s too hot and when it’s cold its freezing .
In the kitchen dining room there is a nice settee and a large TV , but you can’t have the TV on because the Ariel box has been removed , and in the room small TV has no BBC channels .
And as for the hot tub well I never found it .
